My project has been going through a lot of changes. I first started with the idea of growing my flowers. My first thought was to ask my agriculture teacher to use his greenhouse, but it turned out that the school had gotten rid of it, so I needed help to go through with this idea because there was nowhere for me to grow it. Another change was to buy flowers from our local flower shops. I wanted to collect enough donations to buy them, but the prices were just too high, and the donations couldn
't keep up, so my Why Wait teacher and I talked through another way to still give flowers to the nursing homes but a much cheaper way. We devised a plan to make fake flowers out of pipe cleaners and attach nice notes to them. Another change was that I planned on having events at the nursing homes once a week. I talked with Ann Marie Campau, Osceola High School math teacher, and she talked me through other ideas that still have me going to the nursing home and having fun activities.

Another thing that changed during my journey with my project is that I had made a GoFundMe called Flowers For Our Elders, and I had put another donation jar at the Osceola cleaners instead of just at the Osceola lanes. There have been so many people helping me with my project. Thank my mom for always giving me good ideas and helping those ideas come to life. I also want to thank Ann Marie Campau for helping me figure out how I want to plan my fun activities at the nursing home. She told me to write down my ideas and list what we will do with times of when it will happen. Also, Miss Wicklund, thank you for helping me think of fun and cheap ways to impact the lives of people in nursing homes.
